The Kotwica Band performs music and teaches dances from a wide range of traditions from Scandinavia, the Mediterranean, the Balkans, and the Middle East. "Kotwica" (Koht-veetz-uh) means anchor, a cultural symbol of freedom from tyranny. This event is brought to you by the Bar Harbor Music Festival and the Thirsty Whale.
